Diversity Equity & Inclusion Strategies That Produce Results

Her work is rooted in the belief that we must do our part to create an intentional culture shift in a world that is seeing a sharp rise in hatred, patriarchy, racism, bigotry, gender bias, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophobia. Creating the shift by providing training and branding services that specifically highlight and then address these issues in the workplace. The result is a better, more open, more affirming place that makes respects everyone and is strategically branded as such. I've facilitated trainings on diversity & inclusion, unconscious bias, the impact of privilege, cultural humility, and intersectionality. I like to think that our trainings and branding services are distinctly different because rather than force-feeding trainings on progressive policies, I engage audiences by combining introspective exercises that dig deep and candid conversations that connect groups to break down barriers.

With over 30 years of print and digital advertising sales experience creating standout businesses brands, I've conducted brand audits for socially conscious companies and non-profits. Also facilitated effective solutions sales trainings to teach & sharpen the skills of seasoned or rookie solutions-based sales teams, changing the world on our terms one business at a time.
